Online Application for New DHL Account:
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your account to be processed and created and please note the following important guidelines:
- If you are a NEW LOCATION, please also email a copy of your lease agreement or three months invoicing that includes the current physical address and the name of the business to firstname.lastname@example.org. (Please note that for the lease, DHL only requires the signature page and the page(s) that have your business name and address.)
- If you are TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP, please also email a copy of your bill of sale to email@example.com. (Please note that for the bill of sale, DHL only requires the signature page and the page(s) that have your business name and address.)
- Please keep an eye out for the WELCOME EMAIL that we will send you as soon as your account is approved. This email will contain valuable information and steps to proceed.
- To qualify for a retail account, your primary business function must be providing packaging and shipping services to the general public.
